In regard to cash and credit card customers, when collecting from outside of the Basildon District Council area all pickups must be prepaid, all collections from Main line stations and Airports must be prepaid by either cash on the outwood journey or credit card. If credit card payment links are sent from either the company Stripe or Sumup secure platforms, confirmation of payment must be recieved before the vehicle is despatched.

Important Notice: UK Airport Drop-Off Charges

Across the UK, airport authorities have been increasing their passenger drop-off and pick-up fees in quick succession. These price hikes are often implemented with very little advance notice and are entirely outside of our control.

Because these external costs are fluctuating so rapidly, we can no longer guarantee that the airport fee included in your initial quote will remain the same by the time your journey takes place.

Our Policy All quotes provided for future airport journeys are based on the current drop-off and pick-up rates. If the airport increases these charges between the time your quote is given and your date of travel, the customer must accept and cover the difference. Any such increase will be automatically added to your final fare.

We understand that unexpected cost increases can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding as we adapt to these ongoing changes at UK airports
